This post takes a wrinkled brow look at why some vegetarian foods are actually bad for you and can help you to gain weight. The opposite of what you actually want to do!
Oh, this shakes some trees right down to their roots! The last bastion of the determined health fanatic is vegetarianism where you can leave behind the evils of meat and all the bad fats, cholesterol and other dietary nastiness. Yet even this way of life and its associated diet has its hidden dangers in some of the foods that are eaten in often large quantities by vegetarians who believe themselves to be healthy.

You’re kidding, right? You’re going to tell me that Ronald McDonald doesn’t have my best interests at heart when he’s playing the Pied Piper on TV commercials and luring my kids into his fast food emporiums? You mean hamburgers and fries and milk shakes and all those other great things are not as good as they make out?

Routine rules ok! At least in the world of weight loss when you need a regular set of workout rules to work with and when you find one that suits you, then stick to it.

In this post, we sort of carry that theme on some by looking at what to do when you go full out and bust the bank with an unplanned social event where the meal simply could not be avoided.

There are several commonly used oils in cooking and different countries around the world tend to favor a particular variation over others. This is usually down to availability and/or cost. But it cannot be denied that one of the best oils you can use for health and to assist weight loss has to be extra virgin olive oil.
