The Top 100 Weight Loss Tips marches determinedly onwards with another article, which is number 77 in this growing series. In this post, I’m going to be very unpopular indeed. But its all for a good cause, which is to help you to lose weight, of course!
You may or may not like to hear this. But if you can learn to love doing the housework, or at least the parts of it that involve moving your body, you can easily make it a part of your own personal weight loss strategy!
By housework, I mean the general tidying and cleaning of the house that is done pretty much every day. You may or may not believe it, but that despised chore called housework can become your best friend in your battle with your waistline!

Yes, its time for another of my Top 100 Weight Loss Tips folks! In this particular article, number 78 in the ever growing series, I want to take a look at the strategy of snacking between meals to lose weight, even if that does sound counter productive.
All the diet books tell you not to eat snacks or you’ll break your diet and gain weight, but there is evidence to suggest that when its done correctly, the opposite is true. We shall see!
Of course, when you first started reading this, I bet you immediately thought of breaking out the potato chips, cakes and biscuits as the “snacks” I was referring to. Wrong! By snacking, I mean eating small amounts of the right foods for your diet. You’ll see why as we go along.

It’s a well know fact that when you’re on a diet plan that becomes boring, you’re more likely to quit. So by revving it up and making it interesting by varying what you eat, you will be much more likely to stick with it and lose weight!
