Here is the 92nd article in this great series of 100 Weight Loss Tips. Each new article is here to bring you another new top tip on how to lose weight successfully. The last tip looked at why it is better to lose weight slowly rather than go at it like a bull in a china shop. This healthy weight loss tip looks at the reasons that olive oil (and other oils) is good for you and good for your overall health.
There are several commonly used oils in cooking and different countries around the world tend to favor a particular variation over others. This is usually down to availability and/or cost. But it cannot be denied that one of the best oils you can use for health and to assist weight loss has to be extra virgin olive oil.

The last tip looked at eating slowly in order to keep your stomach in tune with your brain so you didn’t keep eating after you were actually full up. That’s a good way to place a brake on weight gain for sure. In this article, I’ll take the idea of how much weight is safe and sensible to lose and explain why its better to lose weight slowly.

Here is the 94th in our series of 100 Weight Loss Tips articles. Each new article brings you a brand new top tip on how to successfully lose weight. So the last tip was all about the importance of including dietary fiber in your daily diet and this one looks at the actual volume of food that you are inclined to eat.
Let’s face it, we were conditioned to eat as kids and most of us were made to sit there until we’d cleaned the plate, or we were threatened that if we didn’t eat up all our meat and vegetables we wouldn’t get any pudding! One of these little gems that I was conditioned with was “eat it while its hot” which translated into shovel that food down your throat before it gets cold! Well, eating that way is not a good way to eat, despite what you were told!

That addition is called dietary fiber.
If you don’t know what dietary fiber is, then here’s some background and info that’ll help you understand not only what it is, but why you need it.
Dietary fiber is basically course food that passes through the digestive system and helps to clean our the colon, in a nutshell.
