If you want 100 Tips for Weight Loss, then I’m going to be giving them to you in a series of 100 posts that will each contain one useful and worthwhile tip for losing weight. This is the first of them and while they will be running in reverse order from 100 up to 1, they won’t necessarily be in the order of usefulness or ease of application or anything like that. Numbering each tip is just a way of classifying the posts in numerical order so the titles are unique, nothing more. Which means that tip number 100 may or may not be any better than tip number 5, or vice versa.

Weight loss exercise may sound like a lot of work, but as you’ll see, it really isn’t. My last post here concentrated on getting your mind into the right frame for you to begin to lose weight naturally. It was quite a powerful exercise in an alternative form of weight loss tips which is very effective when done properly and on a regular basis.

However, now its time to turn to progressing from the mental realm into the physical which entails some easy weight loss exercise routines that can be done by anyone who is able to move around. That does include some who are physically handicapped but still able to be mobile to a certain extent.
