		<description>I don&#039;t do the totally raw food diet.  However, I agree, if it comes from the ground eat raw if  you can.  Avoid cooking the veggies in all the butter etc.  Thanks for the great information.</description>

There is nothing harmful about swapping cooked foods for raw fruits and vegetables, in fact the nutrient value is greatly increased when you don&#039;t obliterate them all through cooking.
