On top of that, if you&#039;re sedentary a lot of the time, then you need to stand up every so often and flex your muscles. Being behind a desk at work and then again when your get back home stuck in front of the TV will almost definitely be detrimental to your heart&#039;s health. Have a good diet like this and combine it with exercise to heel fit and healthy. Keep your blood pressure regular by regular exercising using cardio-exercise. Jog, run, take a brisk walk or alternatively do aerobics every day for about half an hour a day.</description>
