I have been searching through some of your stories and this one pretty close to what I do myself. I always go to bed and rise early, not so much for losing weight bit to stay one step ahead of my competitors. The early bird and all that, you know. I haven't really had a problem with my weight since I started doing this, whereas before I found I was more tired during the day and tended to gain weight more easily. Now I have more energy and I think that has a lot to do with keeping me in trim with a higher metabolism. Thanks for sharing such a great stuff with us.

Fine article and something I have to agree with. I've been going to bed and rising early for most of my life after a spate of health problems in my early 20s that included some weight gain. I got myself out of the rut I was in and started hitting the sack early to get more sleep cause I was tired all the time. It worked and I carried on, finding I was getting up earlier and feeling great!
