One of the biggest mistakes slimmers can make is in eating far less than their body needs as intake. If they don’t give their bodies the correct number of calories, their body goes into a false survival mode (also known as starvation mode). When their bodies go into survival mode they reserve or conserve energy to prepare for a potentially long period of possible starvation. 

On the other hand, by eating far too many calories they make their bodies store or save the excess that they don&#039;t need as fat. Then they need plenty of exercise to burn more fat than their bodies store. 

Therefore, the best food for thought is that moderation in all things is the key when it comes to calorie intake.
