Weight Loss Go is a website and blog which is dedicated to providing no nonsense, easy to follow and easily workable weight loss tips that work.

The website's main contributor is author Terry Didcott, psychotherapist and weight loss hypnotherapist.

He studied clinical psychology at Birbeck College (University of London) then specialized in psychotherapy.

He later studied hypno-analysis with the International Association of Hypno-analysts (IAH) in the early 1990s, gaining membership to the exclusive National Council for Psychotherapists (NCP) in 1995.

His many contributions to this website have proved invaluable for its many regular readers and new visitors providing professional advice and informative articles backed up by many years in professional practice.

The Mission

The mission of this site is to give you the tools to work with in as simple and plain spoken as we can. It's then up to you to use those tools in order to easily lose weight.

The amount of weight you will lose depends entirely upon you.

If you follow the weight loss tips given in these pages and don't try to cheat, then you will gradually lose weight, little by little over a period of time that is as individual as each person reading this. This is the safest way to lose weight and gives you the best chance of ensuring the weight stays off.
