Not only because there are a lot of people who are overweight, but because there is something they can do about it. This is how I got my abs, I started putting more nutrition in my daily meal plan. Which is the best kind of diet you can start on. Because it's really not a diet your just eating some good healthy foods. Than I stop concentrating on my stomach directly, and start doing more effective full body exercises. That's all I did, with a little discipline and I lost my stomach fat.

10 pounds in 10 days sounds great and I do not doubt that it can work. However, it is important to know that a healthy rate is 1-2 pounds a week. This means in one year you can lose 104 pounds. This is gone-forever, love my new life without the excess.
You will have more success in the long run by developing a program that contains healthy foods you love along with an exercise program you enjoy doing. A "diets" success does not depend on what program you are doing. Rather, success depends on whether you can stick to your plan day in and day out.

It won't be healthy to lose 10 pounds in 10 days... If you're really overweight and if you stop eating maybe you'll be able to lose 10 pounds or even more in 10 days. But if you do that you'll lose not only fat, but also muscle and water and that is NOT good for you!
Losing weight is a journey... a long one! It can't be a short term objective.

Main issue is though to keep the lost pounds off..
When trying to lose weight it comes down to energy in and energy out. There is no real way around this.. To lose 10 pounds you need to burn 35000 calories more than you take in. The math doesn't lie and you can't lie to a scale either.

Spot on Ivan, I have tried many diets and most will help you lose 10 pounds easily in the first few days/weeks. The ability to sustain the momentum and continue losing weight is always the hardest. Nothing beats having a healthy diet and simple (but consistent) exercise. This is the key. You can then use a supplementary product to 'boost' the effect.

I agree with Ivan, losing those 10 pounds is the easy part.. the real challenge lies in maintaining it. My weight has been seesawing since I started "trying to lose weight".. and it was really frustrating. don't get me wrong, I have huge respect for this supplements and I believe they work wonders but if the underlying reason for this seesaw ride is not settled, one may never get off the "lose now and gain it again" cycle.
