In this installment, I want to look at something that is important to your successful campaign for losing weight, which is to first of all identify and know what is your ideal weight.
This is such an important step in the process for getting your figure back and your weight under control. That's because you need to know with absolute certainly what it is you need to aim for before you can really get underway with a carefully crafted schedule for achieving it.
How to Identify Your Ideal Weight
So how do you go about identifying your ideal weight? Well, its not really so difficult as long as you know a few personal statistics of yours. Start with your height, as that's always a good place to start. Then you need to take into account your build. these two vital statistics are a good place to take things forward from.
If you're a man, you can probably go ahead and work out what your ideal weight is with just those two statistics. That's because other factors such as your muscle density to fat volume as it stands will change after a few weeks on an exercise program as you will build more muscle and lose fat as you go.
If you're a woman, then there are other factors that may contribute to your final ideal weight. This will entail taking into consideration your hip size, bust size, body shape (ie apple or pear) in addition to your height and build.
Say you're 5 feet 6 inches with a slight build, pear shape, small bust size and medium hip size. There's an ideal weight that will match your overall body type that will be different from someone of the same height and build but with an apple shape and larger bust size. You will have to find what it is and make that your absolute goal to achieve.

That why we have doctors, dietitians and health professionals who can make those calculations for you using the right equipment and weighing you on accurate scales to provide you with accurate, professional advice.

I like what your saying about getting to know just what your ideal weight is. I think I'm also guilty of trying to set a goal that is way to high and aim for a weight that is not right for me ie too low. Thanks for spelling it out for me!
