Hi there again! I want to continue the Top 100 Weight Loss Tips with another article that is numbered 64 in the series of posts. In this particular post, I’ll be looking at the benefits of weight loss camps for those of you who are really determined to lose weight, tone up your body and get fit and healthy at the same time.

These great health boosting camps are designed as a healthy alternative for losing weight that combines a good, healthy diet, top nutrition, fitness, exercise and of course fun! They are a step down from the similar sounding health spas in the pampering and mollycoddling stakes for losing weight, but they are still geared towards making the process of losing a few pounds as much fun as possible without it seeming like hard work.

So hard work is off the menu and frivolity, fun and enjoyment is definitely on! These camps are great for laying on a great schedule of activities during the day that you can really get into and have a huge amount of fun doing and all the while you are getting weight loss exercise often without even realizing your are exercising! Okay, there are also plenty of exercise classes with bending and stretching activities, yoga, aerobics, Pilates and plenty more popular types of exercise disciplines besides, but there are also many other activities that also get well away from the more general structured exercise routines and programs.

You can get some swimming, boating, cycling and other forms of fun pursuits along with military style assault courses for the braver amongst you or team sports such as volleyball, basketball, tennis, racquetball, table tennis, badminton etc and you’ll be getting plenty of body workouts while having a great time.

It’s true that when you are enjoying something, it never feels like a chore. So when you are getting involved in a really fun game of, say, beach volleyball with some of the new friends you’ll make while you are attending one of these fitness camps, you won’t even know you’re exercising your body in such a way that you’ll be shedding a few pounds just by having fun!

There are such a lot of different ways to learn how to lose weight fast or slow. While some of them might seem like hard work or a real chore to do, there are many more ways that are thoroughly enjoyable. They can be a whole load of fun and so absorbing that you really don’t even realize how much good you are doing your body, your health and your sense of self esteem and confidence.
